They say, “April showers bring May flowers,” except in the high desert, where the rainfall for April was stated to be fifty percent below normal. As May rolls in, we are now treated to winter morning temperatures that are down in the low thirties. It made for a brisk morning walk today, and a chance for Chloe to catch up on some R&R in the big easy chair after our excursion.
