The cocker spaniel’s keen sense of hearing was on full display this morning when Chloe heard the distinctive sound of the hot air flame of a passing overhead balloon. In one quick leap, Chloe - the guard dog - was out the door and barking up a storm as the Hearts A’Fire balloon flew over our house. Tomorrow marks the start of the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, and with the early morning winds blowing in an easterly direction we enjoyed a sneak preview from the backyard!
