Getting your dog in front of the camera is difficult enough, but to have them actually pose is sometimes next to impossible without a reward. Earlier in the week, I tested that theory when we came across this colorful sidewalk art during our morning walk.
Standing there admiring the work, I exclaimed,
“Chloe, …I’m not sure what this young artist had in mind with the composition, but don’t you think it’s full of imagination? How about posing next to it for a picture?”
Of course, Chloe had no comment for this budding Michelangelo, instead she focused on the reward I had just pulled from my coat pocket. On the command word of “sit”, coupled with a crunchy dog treat, Chloe immediately sat down for the perfect picture.
